
Hello Wrangler Fans,
The HS football team is the West Conference Champions, and will host Saratoga on Friday for the quarterfinal playoff game. Admission for Friday's contest is $3 for students and $5 for adults.
The HS volleyball team travels to Lander for the regional tournament and a chance to qualify for the state tournament.
The JH/Y girls basketball teams host Wind River on Tuesday and travel to Meeteetse on Friday, while the JH/Y boys wrestling team will host a tournament on Saturday.

Good afternoon Wrangler Fans,
We have the following changes to the sports schedules:
HS Football:
JV @ Big Piney is canceled (they don't have enough players)
Replaced the BP game with a JV (9man and 11man Hybrid) game @ Natrona Co. Sophomores on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 4pm. The bus will leave at 1pm
JH/Y Boys Wrestling:
We will not go to Glenrock on November 8
Instead of Greybull on November 16, we will go to Arapahoe at 9:30am (bus leaves at 7:30am)
Youth Girls Basketball B and C games:
We have scheduled 1 game with Wind River. We will be home on Tuesday, October 29 at 4:30 and 5:30pm.
We have scheduled 2 games with Arapahoe. We will be home on November 11 at 4:30 and 5:30pm, and @ Arapahoe on November 26 at 4 and 5pm
We have scheduled 2 games with Wyoming Indian. We will play @ Wyoming Indian Elementary gym on Monday, November 4 at 4:30 and 5:30pm. We will be home on November 14 at 4:30 and 5:30pm.
I'm still working on scheduling more Youth GBB B/C games. I'll let you know when those happen.


Hello Wrangler Fans,
This is the final week of the regular season for HS VB and FB. The VB team will play their final home game on Friday and then travel to Lander next weekend for the Regional Tournament. The HS football team has secured a playoff game for next week (The Wranglers will either be the #3 west seed and travel to the #2 east seed, or be the #1 west seed and host the #4 east seed). The JH/Y boys wrestling and girls basketball teams begin their first competitions this weekend.

This week features the shift for the JH/Y teams from volleyball and football to girls basketball and boys wrestling.
The girls basketball teams will start practice on Monday after school with Dennis Brown and Sarah Newberry as the JH coaches and Amanda Pippin and Shaundi Gopp as the youth coaches.
The JH/Y wrestling team will start practice on Wednesday after school. Tony Truempler will be the head coach with Andy Wempen, Drew Peregoy and Ted Robinson all working as assistants.

In Kindergarten today the students did a wonderful job leading their own learning. They were able to choose 1 of 6 ways to teach us what they have learned so far in our Zoology Unit. The choices were, building, drawing, speaking, writing, singing/dancing, or a puppet show.
