A few weeks ago the Character Lesson was about Resilience. Our brains are wired differently and experiences impact our ability to find balance that is a benefit to our brain. Through caring relationships, our own biology and increased positive experiences, we can be better prepared for life's challenges. The hands on "Rock Balancing" project helped to understand the message even more!
