We at Shoshoni pride ourselves on our efforts in preparing students to thrive in our ever-changing world.

Led by Brandi Rodriguez (Technology Director and HS STEAM and Computer Science teacher), Shoshoni takes High School technology education to the next level.

While many technologies are covered, the true mission of High School STEAM education in Shoshoni is to develop critical thinking skills and to produce self-driven and self-sufficient learners able to overcome any task with the vast majority of human knowledge at their fingertips (the internet).

Technology In the Classroom

Shoshoni is a one-to-one school district and provides each student with access to a portable computing device. This grants students access to the information and tools required to aid them on their academic journey.


In addition to providing student devices, the school district has outfitted classrooms with advanced display sharing and presentation technology, allowing teachers and students to share, display, and present in a modern setting. 

Student Data and Privacy

Fremont Co School District #24 shares student data with various outside agencies, vendors, and service providers. Data is shared in accordance with applicable State and Federal law, and is shared to further the district’s educational goals. In addition to proper compliance, our district values student safety in the highest regard and will continue to do all in our power to ensure that student safety.

We are in full compliance of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and are a CIPA (Children’s Internet Protection Act) certified school.

Our department is growing rapidly in response to the needs of our staff, students, and community. We know that technology has the potential to be a limitless classroom extension and an effective communication and organizational tool.
